SSO stands for single sign-on. It is essentially a service that centrally controls identities for a business.
Businesses choose SSO because it simplifies their lives. It allows them to maintain one set of credentials for their employees, where they can centrally manage all the information and applications you have access to. It also allows them to enforce two factor authentication, which is a security best-practice.
Their end users benefit too; they only have to remember one username and password.

Once you click the “Use single signon to sign in” button, you will be redirected to your SSO provider. Simply go through the process, and you’ll be logged in!
