This video demonstrates how you can activate your Tradeshift account from the invitation email sent by your Buyer.


If you are not the correct person from your company to receive this link, you can do the following:

  • Forward the link to the correct contact from your company
  • Use the existing link and fill in with the details of the correct contact when prompted


If you have received an activation link, but already have an account on Tradeshift, then it means that the SMD upload did not match to your existing account. Please keep using your existing account to connect to your Buyer.


We do not encourage you to create an account outside of the activation email. Moreover, you do not need to create an account on the platform for each Buyer that you are doing business with.
