Collaboration usually happens on a document where both parties have the same context, and can efficiently drive a discussion towards a positive outcome.



But what happens when the topic that drives the discussion is not a document? We have added another communication channel, Company Collaboration, which helps drive general types of communication that do not fit into an existing category.



Company Collaboration can be initiated from the Relationship Profile of the Network Manager app, by users with the Company Admin role.







Once a message has been added, the other company will get notified, both by email as well as in product, within the Messages app.
