Setting up your connection
Our live connections with CTSI involve exchanges of X12 documents through FTP. This implies building channels such as this one:
You will need to receive from CTSI the following information to complete your configuration:
- The address of the FTP server CTSI will be expecting your content to reach
- A login on their FTP server
- its matching password
You will use this information to create your FTP Client (this means our system connects to CTSI's FTP) gateway in:

Configuring your messages
You may wish to send or receive 997 functional acknowledgements for outgoing messages. If this is the case, read up Babelway's 997 implementation:
