There is an issue causing Microsoft Exchange Online (including Office 365 and Outlook.com) to mark some Tradeshift email as junk. We've taken extensive steps to ensure our email security "signatures" are correct and have discussed the matter with both Microsoft and Google support. The unanimous understanding is that the issue is being caused by Microsoft's proprietary mail filtering, and the issue has not been seen on any other mail servers or providers.

 At this time, here is what you can do:
  • Ask your IT or email support team to contact Microsoft support, informing them that you are encountering this issue
  • (Optional) Send your junk message headers to itsupport@tradeshift.com if they contain evidence of a spam score or other security failure
