Single sign-on (SSO) offers enterprise organizations a way to provide a streamlined and consistent login experience for web-based applications (or SaaS) used throughout the business. A user needs only remember one password to access and use applications on the company network. SSO does this by authenticating a user’s credentials through an identity provider.

SSO compatibility is now available with Tradeshift Go. You’ll notice an option to “Continue with SSO” (see screenshot below) on the Go login page:

    • If your company has not enrolled in SSO with Tradeshift, users can simply ignore it and log into Tradeshift Go as they always have. There will be no changes to your login or account processes.
    • If your company would like to add SSO functionality to your Tradeshift Go account, reach out to your Client Executive for more details. Also, please note:
      • Your company should already have an identity provider in place prior to requesting SSO functionality for your Tradeshift Go account.
      • A nominal service fee for the enhancement, which includes user onboarding, will be applied.
