As part of the process of continually improve compliance on the platform, Tradeshift is implementing new tools to restrict access from countries under economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy, as specified by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury. This currently includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, the Crimea region of Ukraine and Syria. Any access coming from an IP address currently registered to those locales will be blocked.

To be able to identify and filter out those addresses, Tradeshift uses a database maintained by an industry-leading provider of IP geolocation data. However, given the sheer size and dynamic status of internet infrastructure, we anticipate that such data may occasionally fail to reflect the correct allocation and usage of IP addresses. If you believe that your access is being somehow affected by those filters, please contact Tradeshift support.
