The Purchase Order Change is now available as a PDF in email notifications and for download by both buyer and seller users. This update makes it easier for non-integrated sellers to access and read Order Change documents.
Team-assigned invoice tasks

When an invoice task is assigned to a team, the system now records who specifically approved or reassigned the task in the document collaboration conversation. This enhancement improves transparency in invoice task handling within team assignments.
ASID Enrichment for Tax Representative and Remit-To Addresses

When receiving an invoice from a seller for the first time that includes a "Tax Representative" or "Remit To" address, buyers will now receive a document enrichment task to assign the seller’s ASID. A corresponding ASID enrichment rule will be created, ensuring future invoices with the same address are automatically enriched. This update expands ASID auto-enrichment scenarios, adapting to various party location addresses and streamlining the invoice processing workflow.
Invoice Date Validation Based on Relative Month-End via BFR 2.0
New Feature | released December 26th 2024
Invoice date fields can now be validated within a range relative to the month-end. For example, if the current month is December 2024, the invoice issue date can be validated between the end of October 2024 and the end of March 2025. This enhancement increases flexibility in date validation scenarios.
