If you've used an email address with a Microsoft domain (such as @live.com, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com or @msn.com) to register on our platform, it is possible that the emails from Tradeshift are blocked by your email provider. In order to receive all email notifications from Tradeshift, please do the following: in the Outlook Web App, choose Settings > Options > Preventing junk emails > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders and add information@tradeshift.com.
